i went shopping w tr on sunday, and i bought loads of stuff! bought a forever friends file and organizer for my lil cousin, a black top and green erm "vietnamese" (?) style pants from bugis village and cherry bloom's album.

cherry bloom is a taiwanese all girl rock band, and i was debating on whether i should buy their album or not. i have very erm selective taste in chinese music, i guess. but tr said it is only 7bucks, so yah. since i -still- couldn't find olinda's album anywhere (maybe i heard wrongly, or the info about her new album out was wrong), i decided to get cherry bloom's one. and surprisingly, it was good. ok, i like it. haha. somewhat similar, yet different, from f.i.r. hmmm... i don't make sense, i know.

here's a special shoutout to my dear mimi! thanks a lot mimi for listening to me ranting last night! i realized we've been ranting to one another very often since er... may? june? haha~ thanks for always offering to by my "listening ear" and giving your two-cents worth of thoughts.

i realized i don't really have any close friends since i entered university. i wonder why... perhaps the environment doesn't allow the formation of such friendships. i don't have any phone buddies anymore, people i could call up and chat till the wee hours in the morning with, lamenting about random and sometimes insignificant stuff. the closest person who comes to that is mimi, my msn buddy. despite being in japan now, i'm really thankful that she still offers to listen to me no matter what. :)

still, i miss my phone buddies. funny how most of them are in NS now... yah, most of my closest friends are guys. i miss monkey, bballer and er... dancer? lol. i would call him botak, except er... not that nice eh? haha~ esp bballer and dancer, who will call me up just to ask how i'm getting on with life. and monkey sms-es or msn me sometimes, although things between us will never be the same again. sad how friendships can be lost at times.

i miss naddie, and yati, qammie, and lay ping, and idayu, and nisa! all my babes who were always there for me through the hard times. especially naddie and nisa! i can't wait for exams to be over so that i can meet up with them all!

6 days to exams. sigh. somehow, i feel as though the exams aren't coming, yet. at all. i'm in denial. gah. snap out of it, ym.
