hey all!!! keke~ so i've been slacking at home lately, burning myself in front of the comp. and the result is.... drumroll pls...... an idea for my first fanfic!!! wahahaha~ it's based on the anime "inuyasha", a wonderful anime in my opinion, and came to being after i've read several really good rurouni kenshin fanfics (no link to inuyasha i know). well anw, im glad to announce that my prologue and chapter 1 is done, working on chapter 2 now, hehe~ only prob is that stupid fanfiction webbie is down, n i cant log in, n so i cant submit my fanfic yet. :( oh wells. hahas. at least tt buys me some time to finish chappie 2 first. kekes~

oh ya, n i gotta idea for some original stories as well. ya i know, gasp! has yuen mei suddenly gone bonkers? has she became a writer(albeit bad one) overnight? has an alien abducted her n replaced her with a fake one??? haha~ fret not, im still here, actually i've been playing ard with the idea for writing stories for a long time now, only i havent gotten off my lazy ass to actually write one. yet. i've only succeeded in writing short stories(one-shots) n songs n poetry so far, n trust me they arent that good. hehe~ anw, if u're interested, some of my songs n poems are already available on fictionpress. click here to visit the site. anw, for one of my stories, which is lying somewhere in the recesses of my mind, im thinking of doing a chinese period drama kind. yesh, i hear more gasps, n possibly screams. maybe yuen mei has really gone bonkers eh? hahas~ i know i know, n i know u know, how much my chinese sucks, but i really love period dramas n i've been thinking of doing one for a long time now. so, now comes my plea. pls pls pls, anyone with any inkling of what the sects are and their strong n weak points n anything to do with them, pls pls tell me. drop me a mail at sugus_gal@yahoo.com kk? thanks!!!! and pls make it in english, hehe~ cos u know how bad my chinese is. haha~ anw, i'll be doing some research myself, as soon as i've finished like the core parts of my fanfic.

Beyond All Boundaries

Prologue: 50 years ago…

“Kikyo… you don’t have to do this. We can just leave this place…just go…” His voice cracked.

“No. I have to. Don’t you see? It’s the only way…” Her eyes swept across the scene before her, as she shook her head sadly. All around them, the village laid in ruins. People were screaming and running for their lives, others laid dead, or severely injured. Wood kept crashing down, as flames of fire leapt up to the sky. There was no other way… she had to save them. It was her duty. The salvation of mankind lay in her hands.

Regretfully, she turned to the person she loved with her heart and soul. Theirs was a love that was forbidden. In this war-torn era, where human and demon fought against each other endlessly, their love had no place at all. And now it had come to this. If only… but she knew, there was none. Hers was a burden she had to carry, and both of them knew it. Wistfully, she recalled the memories they shared. The day they met, the day they fell, those times frolicking in the sun, temporarily separated from the woos of the world. Those days were over. If only…there was another way. If only…

If only…

Turning to him, she said,” I’m sorry…”

“No…Kikyo…If you go, then I will go too. I swore, remember? I swore to be with you forever.” He grasped her hand desperately, afraid, afraid of letting her go. He did not want to think of life without her. His Kikyo… why must the world be so cruel?

“NO!” She looked at him sternly. “You can’t. Think of our sons… they need you. You must stay.” Gently, she pried her hand out of his grasp, and touched his face. “I’ve never regretted knowing you…” A tear slid down, “Maybe we’ll meet again someday, in future…”

“Kikyo…”

She turned towards the pile of hay burning before her.

“Kikyo…” He croaked.

“I’ll always be with you, in heart and soul…”

She took a deep breadth, and leapt into the fire.

“KIKYO!!!!” His strangled cry was all that was left, as the flames hungrily ate her body.

Burn… Burn… Burn…

The shikon-no-tama has met its end.

Peace shall rule this earth again…

Burn…


Chapter 1: The Search

He stalked the silence of the night, his eyes watchful, his ears twitching. Beside him, his brother kept his gaze fixed on the path before them. There was no time for hesitation, they were being watched. In the dead of the night, demons may roam, but he knew that there would always be someone out there, ready to exterminate them. And so they moved, searching, for that one jewel which could change his destiny. His life. His future. It was vital, if he was to survive. “Where could it be?” he wondered. They had been searching for it for a long time now. The last they had heard of it, a miko had burned the jewel, along with herself. That was 50 years ago. Now, rumours were abound that the shikon no tama was in existence again. If only it could be found. His troubles would be over, and he need not hide in the shadow of his brother again. If only…..

His thoughts were interrupted as he collided into his brother.

“What the hell?”

“Something’s coming. A wolf.”

Inuyasha sniffed the air. Indeed, something was coming. His eyes flashed as he caught the unpleasant scent. There was no need to see who was coming, he knew. Kouga, his longest rival. Head of the wolf clan. One of his biggest tormentors. He growled as Kouga came to a stop in front of them.

“Well well, what do we have here?” snarled Kouga as his eyes fell upon Inuyasha, “What are you doing out at this hour, you half-wit? Shouldn’t you be at home, in bed? After all, the night is no time for a demon like you to be out.”

“Why you…” Inuyasha’s claws were ready to swipe at Kouga when he felt a hand on his shoulder. Looking up, his brother gave a slight shake of his head.

Kouga grinned at the sight before him. “Well now, poor little Inuyasha has to depend on big brother to protect him eh? If I were you, Sesshoumaru, I wouldn’t be wasting my time on a half-demon like him. The shikon-no-tama has better uses then to waste it on him.”

“So you’ve heard,” replied Sesshoumaru calmly.

“It wasn’t exactly a secret. You should know best how fast news travel in the underworld.”

“Ahh… of course. Well then, perhaps you have heard of who the shikon-no-tama is with now?

“Fat chance,” spat Kouga, “If I did, I wouldn’t be here chatting with you. I was hoping you did.”

“Well, since we both haven’t got a clue, if you would excuse us, we’ll be on our way.” With that, Sesshoumaru dragged Inuyasha away, leaving Kouga alone in the dark alleyway. Kouga’s eyes glinted in the dark.

“Haven’t got a clue eh? We’ll see about that, Sesshoumaru. We’ll see about that.”

Miroku groaned as sunlight filtered into the room. Stretching his hands, he rolled over and looked at the woman sleeping beside him. A slight smile played on his lips as he recalled the events of the night before. This one had been good, better than the other women he had slept with. Briefly, he wondered if she would bear him a child at all. Not that it mattered. If she did, it would probably just be another bastard child of his. Life as a wondering monk had been hard. It was harder to stay away from the women. Plus, he needed an heir. The constant fight against demons makes it vital that he seized every chance he had to try for a child. Even though he knew he won’t be around to watch the child grow up. He felt a slight pang of guilt as he thought of the possibility of this current woman bearing his child, and having to take care of him on her own. Sighing, he sat up. It can’t be helped. If he kept a woman and a child by his side, it would put their lives in danger. It would be better if he left them alone. “Besides,” he thought, “There is no way I can have any strings tied to them. It would only do me in.” Quickly, he got up and pulled on a pair of jeans. Stealing one last glance at the woman, he walked out into the kitchen to make breakfast.

Sango Kinata awoke from her deep slumber at the sound of a voice calling her name repeatedly. Cracking open an eye, she glanced at the clock. 9 a.m. “It’s early,” she moaned. Last night had been a hard night. She had been out in the streets exterminating demons as usual, but she had come across a really strong one which had taken most of her energy to kill. After that, she had stumbled back home in exhaustion and collapsed on her bed.

“Sango, mum’s calling. You’d better wake up soon. We have to go visit granddad today,” her younger brother, Kohaku, said.

Grumbling, Sango dragged herself off the bed and looked at herself in the mirror. “So much for a good night’s sleep,” she thought dryly. Entering the bathroom, she took a quick shower and pulled on a white blouse with jeans. The blouse had been a gift from her granddad. She smiled. “He loves this blouse,” she thought. Humming softly to herself, she proceeded down the stairs to breakfast, the smell of waffles making her stomach grumble.

After wolfing down his breakfast, Miroku quickly pulled on a black shirt and left the apartment. The woman was still sleeping when he left. He had left her breakfast on the kitchen counter with a stack of notes. “No need for goodbyes.” If he was lucky, he would meet her again.

Getting into his car, he drove off. There was work for him to do. Recently, there had been rumours of the sacred jewel being in existence again. He needed to find out where it was before any of the demons get to it. He shuddered to think of how the world would be like if the jewel fell into the wrong hands. “With the ability to bestow unlimited power to the one who uses it, there would be chaos. Tokyo and the rest of Japan would be plunged into an era of darkness once again.” Only a powerful miko could purify the shikon-no-tama, and protect it from falling into the wrong hands. However, in this new era, Miroku seriously doubted that there could be anyone strong enough to resist the power of the shikon-no-tama, let alone purify it.

So lost in his thoughts was he that he did not see the oncoming vehicle driving straight towards him, until it was too late. Jamming on his brakes, his car skidded and narrowly missed the other car, only to crash into a tree. Miroku quickly scrambled out of his car for fear that his car would catch fire.

“What the hell did you think you were doing?!” screamed a female voice. “You could have gotten all of us killed!”

Miroku turned to see a girl with long, jet-black hair in a white blouse and jeans storming towards him angrily, her eyes flashing. Behind her stood a boy, not more than 12, hugging himself, his eyes wide open in shock as he stared at Miroku.

“I was about to ask you the same question.” Miroku replied in a calm voice. “Who is she? She’s pretty.”

“Excuse me, but you were the one who was driving in the wrong lane! What on earth did you think you’re doing? Are you blind or something?! It’s broad daylight, surely you can see the road!” the girl retorted angrily.

“I was?” Miroku answered, confused. “Had I been so caught up in my thoughts that I didn’t see where I was going?”

“Jeez, you really are blind. You shouldn’t be driving, mister. I wonder how many people you have killed, driving like that.”

“None, for the record. And I’m sorry. I must have been thinking too deeply and have neglected watching the road. My bad.” Miroku smiled and held out his hand. “Miroku Houshi. I will pay for any damages I’ve caused you.”

“That’s better. Thank you. I’m Sango Kinata,” said the girl as she shook his hand. “Do you need a ride? Your car is in a really bad shape.”

Laughing, Miroku looked at his car and back at the girl. “It is indeed. Perhaps you could give me a ride to the nearest bus station. I can take it from there”.

Sango nodded and motioned for him to follow her. Patting the boy’ head, she said, “By the way, this is Kohaku. He’s my brother.”

“Well, how lucky he is to have such a beautiful sister,” Miroku replied smoothly.

Sango blushed. “He sure is a quick one,” she thought. Getting into her car, she wondered if she had seen him before. He looked vaguely familiar. She couldn’t help staring at him as he got into the seat next to her. “I’ve definitely seen him before, but where?”

Feeling Sango’s eyes on him, he turned and grinned at her. “See something you like, miss?”

Sango flushed. “Shut up and fasten your seat belt, or else I’ll throw you out of the car.”

Miroku sighed. “Pity about the fiery temper. She would have been lovely, otherwise.”

Sango started the car and drove off, both of them not knowing how much more often they would be seeing each other, and the common destiny they both had.

“Sir, we have found something.”

A pair of yellow eyes gleamed in the darkness.

“Tell me…”

“The shikon-no-tama, sir. It seems to have been reborned.”

He snorted. “That’s old news.” He leaned forward, his breadth rustling the thin piece of paper separating him and his servant. “I want to know where it is,” he said, menace dripping on every word.

“Yes sir. About that, it seems to be with a certain girl.”

His ears pricked up. “A girl, you say?”

“Yes sir, a girl. A certain Kagome Higurashi, sir.”

His lips curled into a smile. “At least we are getting somewhere, now.”

“Well done, find out more about this Higurashi girl.”

“Yes sir.” The servant bowed, and left the room.

“Kagome Higurashi, eh? I wonder…”

And there! chapter 1. phew~ long long... hahas~ i wrote most of it in 2 hrs? haha~ pardon me if u think it sucks, its mi first time writing a long story and a fanfic so ya. anw, i promise the plot gets better, n hopefully my style improves as well. that's all for now. ja ne!




i forgot to mention ytd tt we were darn bad to wayne. haha. cos there was this girl who wrote in her evaluation form loads of stuff abt wayne. good stuff. nice, good, fluffy stuff. n we saw it. she was going on n on abt how cute he is n how nice n good n funny he is blah blah blah, n it made the inno trainers blanch. haha. so we were disturbing him n making fun of him. basically, we were passing the paper ard, n tor yuan, david, dx, daniel n winston n roy all read out wad the girl wrote allowed, complete w the girlish voice(think of jap girls or teeny girls gg crazy when they see a cute boy) n actions( exaggerated, of course). it was hilarious. we were all laughing so hard we were close to tears, n wayne was blushing 10 different shades of red. haha~ i know, we're darn bad. :P cant help it. haha.

also, tt grp of goofballs, minus dx n roy(at times), were keeping the rest of us "entertained" with their incessent singing while we were filling in the nyaa booklets, to the pt tt our eardrums were on the verge of exploding n we really need to get ear plugs whenever we do camps w e bunch of them. at one pt of time, jeev looked at me with pity n asked,"how do u survive tt?" haha~ cos i was the only one left sitting at the table w tt grp of goofballs. let's juz say tt noisy goofballs r part of an everyday routine. so its natural for me to ignore them. wahahahaha~ im mean! :P hehe~ n me n halima(who moved to the table opp) were rolling our eyes at one another everytime they embarked on a new song. haha~ n then wati n iza n zad suddenly started belting out songs as well, so we had chinese n malay songs gg on, n jeev was asking if he was expected to start singing tamil songs as well. haha~ so it was basically juz the same old bunch of noisy n crazy n shameless trainers in the canteen doing nyaa booklets. heh~ next thing we'll know, we'll be doing camps at hougang chalet. heh~

-1 week n 3 days to my birthday!!!-




juz came back frm camp w yuying sec today. its ok la, diff frm my other camps in that this is the camp which was held in the school, n the programmes were really messy. in fact, it didnt feel like a camp at all. more like expedition or ath. always on the bus, then at another place. like one day will be at kallang, the other is at sentosa. so didnt feel like a camp. moreover, this is the camp where the time i spent with my grp is the least. more like always in a class. ya. or barely having time to spend as a grp.

anw, day 1, the prog was pushed back, so we din have time to do ice-breaking n obj setting. (note: there r many diff waves doing diff activities for this particular camp, so im juz gonna talk abt my wave, which consisted of 4 grps in day 1). i was taking sec 2 normal tech students tt werent behaving like nt students at all, so imagine my surprise when i found out. anw, so we went to national stadium where we did campfire prep. it was bad. they took a long time to come up with ideas n all so end up we werent able to complete it. then we had packed lunch at the stadium b4 heading to sdba for dragon boat.

it was my 2nd time doing db so i knew like what to expect n all. n since its a small grp it was easier to manage. my temp buddy, nadiah(e orginal buddy didnt turn up n e sub buddy only coming at 5) din do b4, so i was telling her the commands n all. anw, it was kinda fun lah, haha, juz stand there give commands. i nearly fell in, cos i was standing at the platform there, n then this boat went past n came the waves, so when the first wave hit i wasnt prepared n i nearly went in. did one matrix style up there haha. but i didnt so heh! :P hehe~ n then my kids very bad, they were splashing water at each other, than all of them gang up n splash at me, lucky i brought along my sunglasses, so i juz wore them n let them splash lor. not like i can run anywhere, stuck in the boat haha~ so i was reallie wet. anw yah then we had the mini race n all lor, my grp din win any but we were close 2nd. so yah it was fun for them n ha for me haha~

n then went back to sch, same stuff, did obj setting, had dinner, song session n teacher's contact time where the trainers spent it slacking.

2nd day, went to sentosa. again prog was pushed back by 1 slot, so we din do team-building. so we had crc 1 first. the crc area at sentosa reallie small. yah. so it was reallie messy. no efis also, cos it isnt an moe campsite. yah, so u can imagine how messy it can be. so anw, my grp had like crc 1 then crc2, not bad, cleared like almost all except ard 15 or so. then had packed lunch at the parade sq(where the new tourism academy of temasek poly is). n then my grp had crc 3. oh yah, my sub buddy tor yuan had joined us by then, so yah. he belayed the crc2 n 3, i did crc1. liaoz the pulley system there sucks, always stuck one. sianz. yah. anw, so we cleared everyone. yay!!! during crc 3, i was entertaininng the girls doing songs n all, n they were happily singing n dancing w me hahaha~ n we were discussing abt campfire prep as well.

after tt was fitness fun games. went to the the beach(palawan), yay finally!!! hahaha~ we played ultimate frisbee, n then they had to do this banana song as forfeit(losing team, which was my grp), n then ty made the whole class do the forfeit, n do in front of this grp of ppl. hahaa~ ok lah, quite funny. the guys can really shake man!!! hahaha~ anw, so yah, then we swapped problem solving for campfire prep instead n we managed to rehearse n be prepared dor campfire. yay! we gonna do: one love(chorus) by blue, one love juris version(courtesy of me haha- oh n juris is pasir ris[ty's grp] n aljunied[mine] combined), this sentosa song i think uniform grp ppl might know n they ended with a class song which was kinda lame. haha ya. then we rushed back up to parade sq n head back to sch.

so back in sch,dinner, teacher's contact time n then campfire!!!! response for campfire was much better than during song session, this campfire was also rather short n fast-paced, due to lack of time. yupz. anw it was ok lah, trainers the ones being crazy n high haha~ yepz.

day3 same old thing. area cleaning, final debrief, prize presentation n off we go!!!

one thing abt this camp: due to the messiness of the prog, it seemed like the trainers were much more closer tog, cos we had to like interact w one another more n share like our experience w the activity (sentosa n kallang) n like really work tog more. so ya. so like it was rather noisy n more close-knit then other camps, which is a gd thing. haha. n more tiring also. haa~ we were knocked out by the 2nd night. haha~ anw, so after tt, we all were camping in the canteen rushing thru tons of nyaa books which we had to fill in, sigining our names n all n we all had hand cramps haha~ e students better thanks us man.... by the time it ended it was kinda late, n so we all went out for lunch tog. for me, it was the first time where nearly all the trainers had lunch tog after a camp. yah. so it was kinda nice. walked to heartland mall n ate at bk. really fun! haha. laugh alot. david got stuck sitting w me, halima n janice. haha. kena bullied by us. then he kept bullying janice, it was so funny. hahahas~ oh n ty was telling me the kids thought tt i was his gf... -_-" haha~ juz cos we work tog means we bfgf liaoz ah... wow then inno ppl very promiscous already hahaha~ oh other than tt lunch tog, we also had like supper supper tog on the 2nd night, rozita's treat, which led to trainers bonding session again, n on the last day, azlan treated us to drinks while we worked on the nyaa books, which led to more bonding. so this is the camp where the trainers had the most time to bod tog as a whole. haha. so it was nice. haha.

now im back home! no idea when's my next camp. oh wells..... news alert: i've decided to go to nus. n my birthday is in 1 WEEK N 4 DAYS time!!! yippee~~~




heh~ juz a short note: gonna go off to camp(yesh agains haha) tmr. this time w yuying sec at yuying sec.hahahas. goonnna be one hell of a tiring n messy camp. when we saw the programme, we were like, wth? 2 waves, n within it, another 8 small waves. omg. its so confusing. n messy. plus, most of the time will be in sdba (incl national stadium) n sentosa. yesh sentosa. but not to play. to conduct activites. n went for recee todae, i can tell the the area is freaking small. so its gonna be tough n messy. again. its smaller than dfac n all the other campsites we normally use. plus, there isnt any rock wall, zip or abseiling for them. there will be crc 1,2 n 3 instead. n team-buliding n prob solving n fun fitness games. on e bright side, there's dragon boating. yay! haha~ but then there isnt gonna be any general stations at all. its replaced by low ropes, but now low ropes is cancelled too. dunno wad they r gonna replace, i hope it'll be sth fun for them. dun wan to have to do 2 hr of obj setting n ice-breaking, i'll die. haha. :P

okies, so off i'll go. gonna be really tired at the end. cos tmr, gonna have to reach the sch by 7(its in hougang which is damn far), n then on 2nd day, cos im in the 2nd wave, i have to be up at 6am. wahH!!!! cries.... so early. :P all bcos have to go to sentosa. :( but then, this is gonna be the first camp where we'll get to slp early too. lights out at 10.45. wow~~ haha~ :P

ritez, gonna have to research for campfire item. muz prepare juz in case. the theme here is old boyband. so they gonna have to sing n dance. take that, anyone? hahas~

so went for camp w marsiling sec frm wed to fri. not gonna go into details, since most activities are the same. this time is at jbac, first time there. whee! slept on hammock for the first time, n got heater for shower!!! whee! hip hip hooray! hahahas~ anw, new stuff for this camp is juz the kayaking n night activity. wells, my grp din get to kayak due to wet weather. sianz. i was kinda looking forward to it too. nvr kayak b4 also. oh wells. next time maybe. then night activity was blind man's trail. liaoz tt game damn cock cos of one guy frm my grp. made it super funny. hhahas. wad happend was this. first, i led them down to the huts, then i made them climb n walk onto this bench, then come down n crawl, commando style (in an's words) under another bench. so the first guy, known as gorilla in my grp hahas, crawled under, n stood up. then i led him to some distance n asked him to stop. then i turned to check the progress of the others behind. n when i turned back, i got a shock. cos tt gorilla was hugging a pole n trying to climb up another bench. it was kinda funny really. oh yah, an n another teacher kept laughing at my grp's attempt to crawl. hahas. then when i led him back down, the second guy got confused n kept coming forward, cos he thought i was talking to him. n w/o my guidance, he freaked out. so he was trying to look for the gorilla, n the gorilla started looking for him as well. n in the big brouhaha, gorilla suddenly hugged me(like really big bear hug) thinking i was his fran. i was stunned. then i asked him y he hugged me. n he got a big shock to find out i was the trainer instead of his fran. hahahas. it was super funny lah. n then i changed the first person. so it was a girl. then i led her down this straight path, but i think her hearing not good or wad, she kept turning left n right, machiam like druken person walking like tt. n end up, the back ppl were walking in a big S, making mi n their teacher laugh like mad. n then i made them wak round n round in a circle, so funny, they walked like 5 to 6 rounds b4 someone figured they were walking in a circle. kekeke~ then i had to lead them back up to assemble, so up the stairs we climbed, n at first it was alright, i made the first guy(yah another guy) keep to the left. n somewhere along the way, they formed an S again n the middle peeps were to the right instead. n frm the gorilla onwards, they ended up on the other side of the railing. -_-". i dunno how they did tt, this was like the funniest bmt i've ever seen. n tt gorilla din even know he was walking wrongly, cos they passed down a msg tt there was stairs, but he(n the ppl behind him) were walking upslope instead. n then halfway thru, he exclaimed,"this isnt stairs!!! this is a slope!" -_-" like how long he took to realise tt ah??? so i led them down n back to the stairs, n he exclaimed, "finally! stairs!!!" -_-"""" i was laughing really hard by then. tt gorilla ah, cock up my whole game for me. haiyo. s-mack him then he know. hahas.

oh then sleeping in a hammock was kinda scary, hahas. cos mine was making lots of creaking noises, sounding like its gonna tear or break any moment. hahas. yah. so everytime i move a lil or wad, it makes a noise n id freeze, afraid it'll break or tear. n then on the 2nd night, midway, it suddenly sagged down(drop down a lil), so i got a fright. lucky oni a little, then it was alright. hahas. but it was fun! hehes~ think i'll get a big n better hammock next time. hehehes~ n then liza was teaching me another method of getting into a hammock, esp those high high ones, n it was like performing acrobatics or gymnastics like tt. hahas. really! so ya.

oh n i did dorms briefing for girls. 'twas alright. kekes~ first time do mass briefing. then me, toh yuan n winston had to lead the song "you're my sunshine" for campfire. hahas. tt one was cock up. hahas. cos the kids din sing along. haiz. oh well, at least it was an experience. hahas. then u know wad? tt jinyi suddenly smsed me, asking me if it was my birthday. then he 'sang' bd song for me some more. hahahas. i gotta a shock, cos my bd in june. hahahas. but still it was sweet. hehe~ but he super pai seh le. hehes~

yupz, tt's basically wad was interesting in camp. hahahas~ then todae went for nus fass seminar. ok lah, nth much there, i think i'll most likely go ntu, prefer the prog there. then me n wenhui went for this jap tea ceremony. it was interesting, but kneel until leg numb. hahahas. yah, a real eye-opener, a great experience. hehe~ really interesting too. n got free tea, handmade by them. n sweets. hehe~ kewl. nice. tt's the highlight.

oh btw, do u know how acronyms r formed? like the PIE, BKE, SLE n all? well, we got tested tt todae at the e lang talk, n i got the ans except i din sae cos someone ans(but he got it wrong but then the speaker cocked up cos she had accidentally flashed the ans on the screen, n so tt guy go n change his ans halfway thru.)anw, its basically the first letters of the first two syllabus, n the first letter of the last word. for example, PIE is pan island expressway. first letter of the first syllabus is P, first letter of second syllabus is I n first letter of last word is E. for Ayer rajah expressway, the 1st letter of 1st syllabus is A, 1st letter of 2nd syllabus is Y n 1st letter of last word is E. so u get AYE. geddit? hahas. see i smart rite? oni if i did ans the qn, then the ppl would have thought i was reading off the flashed ans, cos the phrasing n all would have been the same, so i chose not to ans. hahahas~ :p din wan the prize anw, 'twas for fun. kekeke~

hehe, i've been so engrossed in reading fanfics tt i've neglected updating my blog(other than the occasional outburst of anger) hahas. gomene! :P wells, read a couple of fanfics on inuyasha n rurouni kenshin, and one particular fanfic has me glued. all the way. the whole of yesterday and better part of today. it is "broken pieces" by linay, based loosely on rurouni kenshin. all u bookworms who love a great story, go read it here :broken pieces. i swear u wont be disappointed. it is so good, u dont have to read the comics to read this story(in most cases, u need to at least know what the comics or stories are abt b4 u can understand what the fanfic is abt, but this is a diff case).this is dark, full of angst, wonderful, adventure, suspense, love, everything rolled into one. n for all those hentais (perves hahas) out there, this story does contain lime(go guess wad this is if u dunno). n in this case, the adult themes juz make this story feel real. no im not hentai, its juz u know how sometimes u read a story or watch a movie, n the writers juz throw in sex scenes juz for the sake of it? n it doesnt seem to remotely gell with the story? well, its diff here. this is one of the stories that w/o the whole lime thing, it doesnt feel complete. n the writer knew that. so kudos to her for putting it in! hahahas~ (to do tt in fanfiction.net is rather dangerous, the whole story could juz be removed by the moderator in a snap - thank god they didnt) so, if u're bored, like me, n want a great story, this is one u shd be reading! juz look at the reviews n u'll know its good. juz read n u'll agree with me. its deep. its dark. its mysterious. its sensous. its.... ok everything. hahas. ok enough of my rumblings, juz go read! hahas~ i cant wait for her sequel. :) *wide grinz* *JUMPS UP N DOWN* im so in love with the kenshin in the story. i wanna be the kaoru in the story. wahahaha~ *bleahs*

ok tt aside. hmms. had my third practical driving lesson todae. n boy, was it scary. the other two werent cos i was in the circuit. its like driving round n round w/o any serious accidents can happen. but today, my instructor shocked me when halfway thru, he took me to the public road to drive. i was shaking. i was nervous. hell, i was scared. scared i'd screw up n knock something, or someone. or jam up the whole place. or sth. for the record, i did jam up the place, near the traffic light. for like 30 seconds. cos my engine stalled juz as the light turned green. damn. good thing the bus driver behind didnt horn. oh wells. i hope my next lesson, they dont pull this on me again. hahas. cos it'll be like, a week to my next lesson, n i suspect i'll be rusty then. sighs. pls pls pls, let it be ok. hahahas~ but no serious accidents n injuries n no i didnt bang anything or anyone. hahahas~ except the curb, but tt was in the circuit. *BLEAHS* oh yah, i drove until 4th gear todae. only gear left is 5th gear, but they dont use tt in the sch. yepz. hahas.

met up w some of my a3 babes todaes in town. met nisa n pei xuan, supposed to meet idayu, but tt girl left b4 i reach. end up she went to watch movie w her bf. so the three of us left. went to taka to get jasmin's bd pres, its this guess handbag which costs like a 100 bucks. O_o yah i knows. so ex rite? jasmin's bf reserved the bag under nisa's name, so we juz went there to collect it n pay. each of us 20 bucks(shared by 5 of us). then we discussed abt how to pass the bag to her. thinking of asking her out for lunch/dinner w the rest of the class n all. gg to swenson's cos it's her fav restaurant. hahas. hopefully it'll be b4 or after my camp, then i can join. hahas :)

then went to heeren, ha both of us blur, walked round n round b4 finally reaching the annex. hahas. then she lead me to dunno where, then cannot find shoe shop. end up we finally found one, but doesnt sell sandals. so we walked n walked until she finally found one pair tt she likes. actually tt one had heels, then she din wan cos she "doesnt look like one who wears heels". then i told her "u look like one who needs heels". hahaha~ :P yah i know im mean. hehe~ then she saw another one, but seriously tt one wasnt nice, so in the end managed to convince her to get the one w heels. aye, tt one w heels also not so heely lor, quite short liaoz. hahas. some more its the last pair. see? my taste so good. todae got lunch treat frm my uncle, hee~ :D he brought us to swensons to makan, cos he long time nvr makan hahas. nvm. hehe~ ok la, the food quite nice, oni todae not much appetite cos got diarrhoea. come to think of it, past few days also have, been getting it on n off. sigh. sianz. hahas. but lunch was still nice, hee~

then went for my 2nd prac lesson, today's instructor super young lor, hahas. n more patient also. heh~ he like to go fast fast one, always ask mi to speed up, dun scare. dun make me suddenly brake b4 the bend tt kind of thing. like testing reaction time n all. yahs. so todae i learnt to switch frm 2nd to 3rd gear, negotiate sharp bends, engine brake, n enging n foot brakes. hahas. ok lah. drive round n round circuit but still fun. did all 4 lanes keke. den he like to switch here n there. hahas. n park also, at e end lah. heh~ oh he also tot me how to er...ok i forgot the term. but its sth like at biting pt except w/o using the accelerator pedal. used during traffic jams, when u juz need to move forward bit by bit. yah. n he keep testing my braking. yahs. hahas. todae lesson like quite fast la, enjoy it. hahas. keke~ too soon it ended. :( hahas. i seem to like driving eh... except scared of banging into another car oni. hahas. oh wells. booked 9 sessions so far, 9 more lessons coming up :D. have to book more soon after they confirm which dates im occupied in june. hahas. yupz. tt's all!

ok, blogger is getting wierder n wierder. there r more n more words on blogger which appears as mini squares(or rectangles), instead of words. so i cant read wad the hell is on blogger. for eg, the link which says template appears as squares, n the one which says title is also in squares now. haiz. HELP!!!! how how?

anw, met tingren n feli at lot 1 todae to watch kingdom of heaven. almost cannot watch, cos feli said the movie was 3 hrs long, n the time slot we were thinking of getting was at 1.15. so if 3 hrs long, it'll end at 4.15, meaning mi n feli will be late for our briefing, which starts at 4. make tt very late. so, lucky feli went to double-check the duration, n end up its oni 2hr 20min, meaning it'll end at 3.35, giving mi n feli time to go for briefing. goodie! so we can watch! hahas.

one thing: never EVER sit in between feli n tingren. tingren esp when it an orlando bloom movie. she was like all over me as though i was orlando himself(maybe im exaggerating hahas), but of course im prettier. heh. :P well, the moment orlando came on, she was pinching my arm(yah, OUCH!), n then subsequently, she started sighing n leaning on my shoulder, which resulted in me leaning towards feli in an attempt to get away frm tr. n then feli starts talking. n making lame comments throughout the show tt when its sad or wadeva, u end up laughing cos of sth she said. i remb the mouse one. there was this scene btw orlando n the queen, n there was this really short camera shot of a mouse in a shoe, then feli was like, "cute mouse! poor orlando, no more shoe. mouse eat shoe". or sth like tt. i was like,"wth?!" -_-". but the movie was nice. hhaas. feli said it was bloody, but i thought another show was bloodier. a chinese one... think its warriors of heaven n earth(starring vicki zhao)... tt one almost everyone died lah. except one or two. hahas. so anw, this show wasnt tt bad, its on the crusade. u know, christian vs muslim war. yah. so anw, its a truce. well, actually christian lost cos orlando surrendered in e end, but i say its a truce cos orlando got wad he wanted, which was safe passage for his ppl while they left jerusalem, n salahadin(how to spell ah) got jerusalem. so yah. hahas. anw, nice show to watch yah. :)

anw after the movie, went for camp briefing w feli, tr went to work. so reached there, slack a lil b4 briefing started. im gonna be dorms i/c, along w david. aiee!!! nvr do dorms b4... feli supposed to assist me. hmm... hope will be alrite. hahas. n then its gonna be my first time at jbac, then nvr rackey so i dunno the place. nvm. go there n learn. hahas. this time my buddy is sarah, she poor thing le, got one buddy who dunno the area plus dunno kayaking. hahas. yah, this time have kayaking, but i nvr kayak b4, plus i dunno wad gonna happen here. wells.... at least not so bad, got canoe n dragon boat b4, hahas. plus i love the water, so im lucky forward to it! :D mud n all... heh. hope this camp goes smoothly for me. taking marsiling sec, sec 3 students. wells.... at least less whiny n attn seeking then pri sch ones, but prob more defiant. haiz. oh wells. hahas.

n then i found out tt ive got a camp on the 25 to 27th as well! camp chief rozita(not again!) hahas.... first 3 camps is she my 2nd ic, 5th camp she's my camp chief.. lucky my coming one is azhar my 2nd ic n an my camp chief.hahas. if not mi n rozita will peng le. keke. so yah. n my this camp will be at the sch itself. doing yuying sec(where is tt?!), then all the crc n everything will be at alpha zone(ie one of the ite). shd be kinda interesting. hahas.

then collected my pay check! yay!!! hahas~ got $$$$ hehe~ :D. then went to lot 1 to meet lay ping. walk walk while waiting for her, bought johnson's bd pres. hahas. its a shirt(yah again), only now its sleeveless n its a bball shirt. and 1 shirt. shhh... dun tell him. hhas. yupz. quite nice... not bad not bad. hahas. hope he likes. then bought breakfast for my family b4 meeting lay ping. then we went to ajisen to makan dinner. mi had spicy miso ramen(can live w/o my spicy chili n all hahas), feli had er.. sth, n lp had er... sth also. haas... cannot remb. :P yah, so happy makaning n discussing the trip. then we finish le, zi wei joined us. then we talk a bit more then feli left. so three of us juz discuss discuss, n me n lp came to the conclusion tt we will either go w feli n her aunt n cuzz to hong kong, or go w my parents to kl. hahas. poor thing, zi wei cant go. sigh. she gg w her mum to thailand. so yup, oni mi n lay ping now. waiting to see if tr can go. hahas. yah, tt's finally settled. actually lp wanted to go to korea, but look at the prices, it can KILL U. go on tt trip, n we'll come back as bankrupts. literally. so nope, no korea. ping ping, we go after uni lah! hahas~

then there was this one time, i showed zi wei wad we got for johnson, then she funny lah, go n wear the shirt. then she wear ah, dunno how she wear one, she pop her head out of the sleeve thinking its where the neck-hole is. then we 3(incl feli) laugh at her... we were like -_-". then we tell her its the sleeve, then she stunned. she was like, y the sleeve hole so big one?! hahas. but bball shirt like tt one mah hahas. then she switch holes lah, trying to find the neck-hole, n next thing we knew, she popped her head into the OTHER sleeve. diaoz... we were like -_-""". yah, by then mi, feli n lp were laughing like mad le, n poor zi wei was lost, trying to find out where to put her hands. hahas. in the end, she finally found the neck-hole n happily wore the shirt. hahas. poor johnson. his bd pres become dunno wad le. hahas.

then after tt, went walk walk at lot one some more, then zi wei's bf came to pick her up. so we all left, n now im here blogging. hahas. driving lesson tmr, whee!!! hehe~ kinda fun driving hahas. hope i remb wad i've learnt so far!




went for my first prac lesson todae. n boy, what a morning! it was like, complete mess b4 my lesson. woke up dead tired, rushed here n there to get ready, n then made wrong judgement by wearing new shoes (my dad bought). so when i walked to the bus stop outside(the longer one), i had blisters on both feet. so i had to go home n get plasters n wear a new shoe, or else i'll die of pain while driving. so yah. walked home, darn, it was like bloody painful(literally) by then. so like when i was in my condo there, took off shoes n went up. lucky no one ard hahas. then got plasters n new shoe, rushed out of the house like mad again to get the bus. then at westmall, had to change bus. then e stupid 187 nvr come. wait n wait, i looked at the time, im gonna be late! then saw 947 come, n i remb nad telling me tt tt bus can take. so i hopped on.

next thing i knew, rather than ending up at the centre, the bus took 2 left turns n ended up on pie. i was like, "#@*%!" lucky it was e start, so got a bus stop there, n i practically jumped off the bus. n then i had to WALK(yea again, doing a lot of feet exercise today) to the sch, which was damn far lah but no choice, no buses gg there where i was. so i walked n walked n unbelievably, halfway thru, one of my plasters came off. so i was in excruciating pain(k maybe im exaggerating a lil) n was limping all the way to the sch. not fun ok. n yes, i was late. very late. by 10 mins. sigh. i walked in, rushed to print out the reporting slip, n got lost cos i din know where to go for prac. lucky the instructors directed me, n i finally found my instructor for today. i think i must look a mess. frazzled, perspiring n apologising profusely. haiz. i think i stunk too. oh wells. consider tt as morning exercise. how lovely. nearly died of heart attack in the first place.

so anw, the instructor did this really quick intro to the car n controls n all, n then i had to take over n practise driving. so yah. learnt to move off, stop n turning. drove like round n round the same place 10 times i think haha. but it was gd prac. honestly i think i sucked. coordination (ARGH! my camp grp name! [for yck pri] keke~) not working properly today. then i used to seeing ppl drive auto car, then those arcade games n wadeva also use auto, so yah. hahas. so i kept forgetting the to depress the clutch pedal or release it too quickly. i think my engine stalled 4,5 times... haha. suck rite? hahas. but otherwise ok lor.... hope i remb everything. kinda nervous, but also quite shuang hahas. esp when i did turnings like successfully... heh. oh wells. need to go for more practice sessions. come to think of it, i'll freak if i have to take e roads so soon. i'll prob jam up the whole place w my forgetfulness to depress clutch pedal n accelerator pedal until biting phase then slowly release clutch pedal, n then depress clutch pedal again n release accelerator pedal n at the same time change to 2nd gear. then brake slightly n depress clutch pedal fully b4 doinf a gradual brake, then car stop, release brake (still depress clutch), switch to gear one again. then repeat steps all over. n i keep forgetting to release the accelerator when doing a turn. sigh. sounds confusing? hahas. yah well, muz be superbly well-coordinated yah. i was like wishing i'd taken auto instead of manual. hahas. at least auto no need to care abt the stupid clutch pedal u know? keke~

yah well, tt's the only interesting todae so far. i juz remb my next lesson is on thurs, not fri. so sorry feli... cannot go watch rugby w u.... haiz. oh wells. tmr meeting tr n feli at lot 1 to watch kingdom of heaven! yay!!! hahas~ then gg to dfac w feli for briefing n to collect paycheck. kekes~ have to collect for miq as well... aye, i look like maid to u izzit? one day collect for zhiyu, the next collect for miq, nearly had to collect for ad also... haiz. maybe i shd change job. become inno's cheque collector. hahas. :P well, see if nina n all let me collect for miq or not first.... keke~ eh miq, ur cheque become mine le. johnson lent me his whole collection of rurouni kenshin comics... yay! he gave me a fright on sun when he turned up at westmall w the whole lot of them. its like, a lot alot lor! 20 over books! then i lugged them home... hahas. hmm... wonder wad to get for him for his bd.... wad do ns guys need ar? any suggestions? hahas... maybe shd get him kenshin vcds, but 1 set cost 99 bucks... o_O..yah, i'll be bankrupt as well. hahas.

wells, trip w lay ping still pending. haven decided where to go yet. but then she go make things harder by suggesting gg on cruise. hahas. but now, im beginning to like e idea more n more! hahas. thinking of those like 5 day cruise, where e 2nd n 3rd day is stop at some place in asia(like bangkok n penang) for shopping n all, then board cruise in evening tt kind. yepz. printed out plenty of itenaries for her to choose frm. hope to get it settled soon hahas, cos need to book! then zi wei, jie xin, feli n tingren haven confirm w me if they can go or not... anyone else want to join? hahas~

i've been spending lots of time watching shows like the oc n desperate housewives. such lovely shows. they're funny in a dark way. but there's underlying messages to both shows. they are dark without seemingly trying to be. and so they dont annihilate those viewers who prefer light candy-fair, n at the same time draws viewers who enjoy watching smart tv serials. yep. n i love both shows. wahahaha~ i hope sg doesnt skip those upcoming episodes of both shows which features gay themes. but knowing sg, most likely they will. sigh. it's stupid really, it juz spoils the whole thing. is it any wonder then tt we turn to downloading such videos from the internet? nah, i dont think so. they should have expected it.

meeting lay ping later at westmall to discuss our trip. hmm... my uncle says kl isnt that safe, what with snatch thieves n all. its sad, malaysia is becoming increasingly unsafe, but it's still a lovely country. the roads are unsafe, the pubic transport in not safe, the shopping malls n carparks r unsafe, everywhere is no longer safe. there's this feeling of fear everywhere u go to in malaysia. its really sad. this fear wasnt present in the past, but now... sigh. so my uncle recommends bangkok. he thinks bangkok is much more safer than KL now, n not to say cheaper too. oh wells.... we shall see abt it.

nth much to do nowadays, its so boring. sigh. its not like i can go out everyday u knoe, i think i've collected spiderwebs staying at home. n its a breeding grd for needless n unwelcomed thoughts. looking forward to my next camp. at least i'll be away frm the world for awhile. hahas.

went for my second driving lesson ytd. the instructor super cynical lah. show us videos on car accidents keep making us laugh. diaoz. as though having party like tt. ytd was a full class. so many ppl. lucky mi n nad got a table tog. hahas. then we munching on m&ms during class. kekes~ feel like student being naughty agains. hahas. but i prefer my first lesson. at least e instructor will refer us to the book n give us pts on which section to concentrate on. yah. hahas. oh wells. diff instructor got diff way of teaching.

so after tt, went to makan cheese prata w nad. met wenhui there. hahas. yummies! long time no eat prata le. kekes! miss my prata. hahas. cheesy is fat but i dun care. hahas. :P so had a great lunch, n i saw one of my students there. hahas. oh wells. they having mid-yrs now. muz jiayou horz! kekes! so we ate frm 2.30 to 4. gosh tt is long! hahas~ actually we were having difficulty finishing the food, hahas. so muz eat slow slow. n tt nad ah... dunno she want to do hair or not, then i think mi n wenhui spent an hr or so advicing her, but end up she still din change her mind. -_-" make me late to go back to jj. dots. hahas.

then i walked home w wenhui. she messed ard w my cd player in my rm while i went to shower. then dug out all the hist essays for ms lim. she wants our hist essays. i was like, shocked. seriously, i think mine r worse than yalan's or nisa's. but anyhow, since she wants, juz give it to her.

then went back to jj. reached sch, ms lim went out for dinner, so mi n wenhui went to watch the last few mins of rugby match. sigh. we lost. :( oh well. the ny guys super cocky lah. bloody assholes. making fun of our players n our sch. no sense of spormanship. i hate arrogant cocky players. although they were winning, they kept dissing our team. hey ny guys. juz cos u won this match doesnt mean u're gd. let's see u guys getting whipped by another team instead. i hope u cry. they were like so noisy, insufferable bastards. shouting insults at us. horrible players. they dont deserve to win. mi, feli n wenhui were like controlling ourselves already. i almost threw my shoe at them, except my shoes r precious n they r not worth my shoes. hahas. oh well. at least our guys picked themselves up after e match. gd for them.

n then, had a chat w ms yap in staff rm. gave me some useful tips on ntu n nus. im still wondering which one to go to. haiz. ms yap so farni. keep praising her work on ms lang. diaoz. she did ms lang's make-up n all. hahas. oh well. ms yap wants mi to email her, so ok. ms lim blur la. she juz ran past us n out of the staff rm, leaving poor wenhui shouting her name. but she couldnt hear. haiz. poor wenhui left w/o being able to talk to her. oh wells.

then mi feli millah n dayah went for talentime. sat at 2nd row. our council juniors sat in front. wahahaha~ its gonna be crazy le. got 4 of us plus dawn, amanda, tiao kien n gabriel. kekes. so during talentime, we screamed n screamed until got no voice le. hahas. actually amanda was the one who lost her voice. she crazy la. high until stand up n dance n jump, mi feli n tk had to like pull her down. next time muz put a leash on amanda le. keke. talentime was alright, this yr's singers more talented for chinese solo n group vocals. hahas. eng solo same same la. last yr had more guys to drool over. kekes. this yr had more girls. ying peng was the thorn among the roses. hahas. wow! yihao can sing too. sing until so nice some more... sigh. haiz. hahas. n im so proud of deniece. man,she sang my fav chinese singer! amei! n amei has like, really strong n powerful vocals! n deniece pulled it off! n some more its a tough song siah. ku bu chu lai. one of my favs. i was stunned. so proud of her. when she sang i felt like crying. hahas. n the dance grp, not bad. keke. but well, expected khe's grp to win. hehes. nice mah. hahas. sowie chiwawa. kekes. no teddy for u! hahas. tt stupid jinyi wanted me to go on stage n give him a rose n a teddy. like real. if i give him, then i have to give apple, adel n nas as well. i not tt rich hor. hahaz. want to give also give cute guy mah. hehe. oops. :P

so when the results came out, most of us were shocked tt deniece got like 3rd. i mean like WTF? she sang her heart out there, it was the toughest song to sing n she did the best! maybe weijie read the results upside down or sth. i mean like, the other two were safe performances. one sang like sun yanzi, the other sang like a lullaby. u know, soft soft gentle kind. not challenging, cos it doesnt showcase their vocal range. if simon cowell was there, he'll screw the judges. hahas. honestly. the judges were screwed up or sth. haiz.

then for eng solo, sad for ying peng. but he's got tough competition this yr. n natasha was gd so ya. hahas. wont dispute w the top 3 there. they deserved it. n grp vocals... PALS WON! yay!!!! yihao!!! yay!!! hahas~ we were like screaming our lungs out for yihao! hahas. n weijie so happy la. see his face know who won le. keke. then dance, expected khe's grp to win lah. i mean like, the other two grps choreographed the dance themselves, but khe's grp got profesional help, so obviously they will win. oh wells. but i like all the dances. hehes. i always like the dances. hahas.

n twister 199 came back to perform as well. hahaz. faizal kena bullied by us. everytime see him, mi n feli will go, faizal ooi! then he will ooi back. hahas. then feli will say, well done. n faizal will reply, excellent. hahas. i guess inno instructors will know wad im talking abt yah. kekes :D TRAINERS OOI! hahas

n idiosyncrasy came back to perform as well! yay! weilin! hahas. apple din break e stage, miracle. hahas. yupz, i still think they r the best dance grp. really. they're gd. hahas. then other guest performances included ms lang, who sang another amei song(yay!), wallace ang, who is some actor whose performance was cocked up(more later), n an ex-jjcian. yupz. well, for wallace performance, it was alright until like halfway, he suddenly stopped. then he say he couldnt hear the music. then at the end of the song, he said it was in a diff key, tt's y he couldnt like sing. like wad seh. immediately we knew he forget the lyrics lah. i mean, the music was in a cd which he submitted, unless he din change the keys himself, not our fault wad. hahas. avac juz played wad he gave. hahas. so yah. but anw, clapped for him for trying. could see he not happy. muz be really embarassing. sigh.

n then, it ended. so we went out of lt5. then congratulated the contestants n all, n chatted w my juniors. hahas. khe was like super high lah. hahas. then went to canteen to pass the essays to ms lim, n chatted w her n mrs razal. all e teachers have diff opinions on which uni to choose. oh dear. haiz. but most agree tt nus is like, more established lah. its the name siah. the reputation. then chatted w yihao n all, then i went to find deniece. i knew she was sad by the results. i found her crying earlier. gave her a hug, then her dance mates comforted her while i went to look for my teachers first. so had to go back there. then along the way, congratulated adel n apple. hahas. tt apple so big, so hard to hug haahs. so sweaty some more keke. :P so funny, we were like jumping up n down in the middle of the corridor. then talked to jinyi also. n talked to yingpeng. he funny la. change so much le. no longer the shy dance partner of mine le hahas. then had a chat w deniece. sigh. judging screwed up, wad can u do. haiz. but wells,at least got ben(her bf) there also. all of us comforting her. but i know deniece, she is strong. she's got her credentials. so ya. she'll be a star one day man. anw, she was alright after a while, n she asked mi to join them for supper. yupz. then i found out abt sth frm her la. but screw tt matter anw. cant be bothered. then we packed up n left.

so went to boon lay mac for supper, so long nvr go there le. like so many of us, ying peng also came, chao sun n all also. so ya. had a great time talking to deniece n ben. hahas. the two of them really complement each other. both crazy crazy n funny funny one. hahas. happy for them. keke. ben so sweet some more. hmm... next time muz get bf like him also hahas! now its singlehood time! n im enjoying it hahas.

n then 'twas time to go. so we said our gdbyes. then i took cab home. the bus stop dark dark n had no one le, so scary. some more my area there also super dark one. so ya. hopped into a cab, safer. *grinz*. n sped home hahas. aye, my area there got ppl kidnapped b4 one lor. also had murder cases one. oh wells. wad to do? i still like my house hahas. :P

its funny how the smallest things can remind u of sth. take today for example. i went to westmall's food court for lunch with my grandma (where i bumped into jason, but tt's out-of-pt), and at this ban mian stall i usually patronise, there's these 3 aunties. well, they work there la. anw, juz happens mi n mi grandma's table was near tt stall, n the 3 aunties were talking very loudly. n their converstaion quite funny. i know eavesdropping is bad, but hey, they were talking so loudly i think everyone in my area can hear. so anw, there was this pt of time when the 3 suddenly started chatting at the top of their lungs or sth, n they were chatting n arguing. sth abt one aunt asking the other aunt to save food. then the other aunt (aunt B) retorted back(while serving a customer),"ok, starting frm this customer onwards(points to customer she's serving), i will only give two prawns, 3 meat n 3 veges n some noodles. ok?" n the way she said it was like super funny lah, it made me laugh. and they cont'd bickering n bantering w each other until i left they still doing tt. hahas.

so, that reminded me of when i used to work in macdonalds. yah. its like wad, 3 yrs ago? (god i feel so old) anw, the way the aunties chatted to each other reminded me of the aunties working in mac. i used to work the morning shift (till abt late aft) on weekdays, n its filled w aunties, so yah. n their converstations are always so funny. they could be arguing halfway, then turn to me(me being the youngest there, like DUH), and ask me if she or the other aunt is right. or they will complain abt sth, then complain n complain, n then turn to me n ask if (their complaints)"correct or not". or they can work until halfway n suddenly start singing n dancing(their fav being cha cha cha,the chinese one).i still remb once there was a blackout, n all electricity stopped working, then all e aunties in the kitchen started cheering n dancing n singing,"yay! no work le!" hahas. but alas, 5 mins later the electricity came back on. hahas. yah. i havent seen them for a long time, but i kinda miss them. those times, no matter how tired u are, juz listening to them makes u laugh. it can be really hectic n stressful in the kitchen, but when they start talking, u juz work w a smile (or laughter) no matter how stressful or hectic it is. n i will always remb tt time when i got my o level results, the next day i went back to work, the moment they see me, they all started asking me how my results, then when they heard it, they celebrate for me. hahas. tt's how close-knit it is there. tt's what makes the experience memorable. although the pay was peanuts, i still enjoyed my time there. n thanks to the burnt marks(frm the fries n burgers), i wont forget them. hahas.

alrights. enough of my reminising. hahas. anw, mi n lay ping have finally brought the options of a holiday down to one: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. hahas. we r gonna go on a holiday n go on a shopping spree!!! n if i can get my relatives, maybe they can get hotel for us at sunway there. then we can go to sunway lagoon too! hehes~ anyone want to join us? hahas~

wahhoooo!!!!! i got into nus too!!! heh~ this gives me a new dilemma: nus or ntu? nus is more established, wad with the faculty being top 10 n uni top 50 in the world. so nus would be more appealing cos of its reputation.

on the other hand, ntu appeals as well cos this will be a new course, so it'll be kinda fresh, new n exciting. more hands-on. plus the classrm size is smaller. and i guess there'll be more opportunities as well. oh wells. haiz.

anw, ytd i met feli in orchard. went to watch coach carter at cine. hmm... the movie is quite nice. on one hand its like all other sports movies n all, how a grp of nobodies became somebodies. plus all the personal probs they gotta go thru.i guess the appeal of this movie is in samuel l jackson himself. or rather the character he plays, which is the coach. interesting to see the frustrations he goes through, the highs n lows, the joy n pain, n everything else in between. this isnt a joy-ride, its got emotional elements as well. in a sense, that sets this movie apart frm others. the deepness of this film. for one, this movie focuses on the "student", not the "athelete". the lock-out scene makes for an interesting watch(ok,i dunno wad im writing here hahas). yah well, go watch if ya can... hahas.

after show, went to heeren to walk walk, nth much. getting kinda bored of the stuff actually, all the same. only bought this top frm dcp. the shop having sales, n the top is at 50%off. kinda nice too, n diff frm those i usually wear. hahas. :P

then went down to le meridien hotel. pop in to say hi to idayu. tt girl ah, when we went up to the lobby there, she wasnt there. then i called her, n i found out she juz went down to the food court(where we came frm). hahas. so mi n feli went back down n we walked round n round the food court looking for her, i think we found her on our third round. she looks so diff! like small girl trying to be big girl like tt. hahas. with that specs. ooi. get rid of tt specs leh. u look farni. hahas. im serious. shd have taken a pic of her hahas. anw, nice seeing her again! earlier on i had a chat w her on the phone too! long time nvr see her le. miss her. hahas. n miss jas n nisa too. n all the a3 babes. hahas. gonna have a get-together for jas birthday! cant wait!!! hehes~ tt reminds me, johnson's bd coming too! aieeeee!!! more money to spend. n folks, my birthday is next month! *HINT HINT* hahas~

then went to ps. had e waffle ice-cream thingy there. yummies! hahas. then went to carefour do some grocery shopping, feel like one housewife or sth. hahas. cannot! haven get married yet! hahas. bought cheesecake fer mi mum. mother's day cake frm me! hahas. n then i had to rush home fer dinner. yupz.

todae, went fer my first final theory lesson n did my provisional driving liscence. yippee! now i can learn to drive on the circuit n roads le! hahas. anw, the lesson was alright, i guess im lucky got one instructor who is quite funny n lame, w a funni diction. hahas. so it makes the lesson an interesting one. n i felt like a student all again, scribbling notes furiously in my bk. actually, i felt like a nerd or sth, the others all sit there n enjoy, oni me n another guy writing down notes. hahas. cannot blame mah. hahas! next theory lesson on fri w nadiah, hopefully get back same instructor or someone as funny. haas~ then next week having practice lessons! hahas~ i'll get to drive a car. yays! hahas~

i saw salbiah at the centre. gosh, long time nvr see her le! but still can recognise her. only her hair long long le. hahas~ she was there w her bf. then she so nice, her bf go for lesson, she sit there wait for him. hahas. reminds me of erm... nvm. i think tr n him knows lah. okies, anw so yah, chat w her abit. hahas. so long nvr see le. hahas. she also couldnt really recognise me. hahas. i guess we all change huh? keke~

sth stupid happened to me yesterday. its utterly stupid. i couldnt believe the stupidity of the situation. but as felicia says, at least sth interesting happens to me all the time(albeit stupid n making me look like an idiot). aye. so i shall forgo my dignity and write that utterly stupid incident here in some attempt (to console myself) that u guys would laugh n have a happier day. so. THANK ME. hahas.

alright. so anw, this was what happened. my family went for a tennis game in our condo, at 6, for an hour. then, my mum wanted to come back home at 7 cos she had to cook. and that was when we found out that neither of us had the key! yesh... so stupid rite. anw, my bro was the last one out, so we went back to see if he locked the door (cos sometimes he doesnt). well, as it turns out, the gate wasnt but the door was. which also means it doesnt help that we dont have the keys. so all four of us were stuck outside the house without the house keys, no car keys, no money and no handphones. all that we had were tennis balls and tennis racquets and bottles of water. brilliant. just brilliant.

well, we had a spare key with my grandma, who is staying with my uncle. we juz had to call to see if they were home. but alas, my mum forgotten her dear brother's phone no. and so, me and my bro went to the security guardhouse in hope that they had the residential phone book. they didnt. they gave us a card with a locksmith's number instead. so, me n my bro then went to our neighbour's house. thank god they're in. and also, they had the book. so we poured over the book, searching for my uncle's name. at least my mum still remb his name. hahas. anw, so we found it. and i had to borrow my neighbour's hp to call. i called 4 times in a row, no one ans. damn, they must be out. and the kind neighbours loaned us the hp and some money (actually lots of money). then we went to hail a cab.

this is the irony. the cab was playing this buddhist mediation song(da bei zhou), and it's supposed to calm u down n help u relax. the irony is that im hearing that song in a time like that. hahas. if u dont get it, nvm. so yah. n i think the cab driver was laughing at the stupidity of my family. oh wells. so anw, my mum was telling us in the cab that last time, it was her bro who was locked out, and he had to come over to get the spare key frm my granma( who was staying with us at that time). now it's my mum's turn. n i told her it's juz in thier genes. its got nth to do with us, its juz her n her bro. hahas. yah i know, im mean. :P

anw, so we reached my uncle's place, hoping he would be back home, n yes... he was! imagine the stunned look on his face when he saw 4 ppl standing outside his door, perspiring n dressed in some ragged shirt n shorts. n of course, turning up unexpectedly at his house w/o warning. hahas. n then after we told him the story, he laughed. yeah. so he got the key frm my grandma. as it turns out, my uncle had gone jogging while my grandma was showering. no wonder no one ans the phone.

so we took cab back with our (beloved) key and end of story.

if u have read my previous post n are wondering if i have gone senile, no i have not. sorry to disappoint. hahas. it's juz my thoughts after reading this book called "angels in a harsh world" by don bradley. no it's not a christian book, no i havent turned christian or any other religion for tt matter, im still buddhist, my brains r still working, n yes this book is a NOVEL, not non-fiction. i dont read non-fiction unless i absolutely have to(against my wishes of course. haha)

so anw, this book talks of a inner being, one that exists within u, in everyone, as long as u have found the way. it doesnt matter which religion u r frm, basically all tt matters is ur heart is true. all Gods are One; in every religion, the preaching is the same. the teachings are the same. there is an angel in all of us. its like, the angel n devil residing in our heads u know? tt's what the book is essentially abt. there r those pure evils, devils manifested in human form, there are the angels, where as humans a great bright aura surrounds them, and there are the human humans, who are all battlefields where the good n evil fight. yah. tt's tt. hahas.

anw, this is juz a reallie nice book which teaches some are spiritual stuff. spiritual fulfillment. n no, im not talking crap. i find what don has to say with this book quite true. it starts with u. it always starts with u. hahas.

she stood at the edge of the pond, surrounded by the mysteries of life. desperation filled her; all her life she had struggled. suffered. was there not happiness to be found?

her reflection looked back at her. deep pools of sadness welled up inside. all seemed lost. desolate. but wait. a flicker of light in the distance, coming nearer. suddenly she's floating. the world became smaller. wonderous mysteries appeared before her. all around, people are laughing, singing and dancing; their auras a bright hue. drawn to the warmth exuding from there, she ventured deeper into the light. darkness fades.

suddenly, a being moved towards her. filled with beauty, she stared at it in awe. she felt the love, warmth, compassion and comfort coming from the being, but yet turned away in shame, for she felt unworthy of its love. she was blinded by the glow of light coming from the being. "deny not what thy seeks; look within thy self and see, the beauty within."

in amazement,she realized who the being was. she realized how selfish shd had been. Love is a power spilling forth from one's soul, given readily to those who would accept it. the souls she saw were rejoicing in the love they recieved from the being, the angel, who was deviod of hatred, jealousy, greed. she felt cleansed.

she emerged with a heart as pure as the being's, a soul as innocent as a child, and she understood the role she was to play in the days to come.
