so todae when i went to work, i had a shock. i wasnt expecting to see mrs ooi back today, only expecting her to drop by tmr. so when i saw her, i was so surprised. n even more surprising, was tt she was taking over frm me today. to tell u the truth, im quite pissed. first of all, i had no warning of this. i wasnt even prepared. i mean come on, she extend also nvr say well before hand, now coming back also never tell me. i feel a little used u know. plus, i've already planned what i wanted to do with my classes today. spend some time with them before i leave. from the looks of it, i wont even get a chance to say goodbye. and nicely enough, they immediately started pilling me with relief, such that when the scs passed me my relief duties for the day, i got a shock. cos first, i thought i was still having lessons and she was coming in to see. tt was what mr lee told me tt morning. and then suddenly, without any warning or notification, i had relief n lessons clashing. n so it turned out i suddenly had no more classes cos mrs ooi was taking over with immediate effect, i also had to spend my time doing relief n cancel my plans with my classes. so yah, i was pissed. if u knew me well, u will know i hate last minute stuff. esp when i have already planned everything nicely n u come n ruin it for me. i hate it a lot. i mean, would it hurt to even tell me?? apparently it does, cos i wasnt informed n i went around like a blur sotong, with this huge question mark on my head. but what can i do? i am after all nobody. i come and go as they please. that's the system there n u know what? i juz cant wait to leave.

however, tt was decided for me too. when i next met mr lee, he told me tt know i will be taking over from him for 3 days, i.e. till friday. wow, assumptions have been made tt im free. as a matter of fact, i had made plans. sorry to tingren n jamie tt i had to cancel them. while i wanted to reject it, the practical side of me knew it was stupid to give up 2 days worth of pay (at 65 a day tt's a lot) n my parents would most definately kill me. hence, my decision to shoulder on for another 3 days(including tmr which is supposed to be my last day, but as usual, not). the good news is i dont have to prepare any work, as mr lee has prepared them for me already. the bad news is i've still got to wake up early n my body is already on the verge of collapsing due to fatigue. thanks to the late nights i spent rushing through my farewell gifts for my colleagues n students. all of a sudden, once more, im hit w the news tt those late nights were for nothing. i could have gotten my sleep n finished e gifts by friday. darn. well, i shall remind myself its 3 more days n then i'd like to take a break.

i guess after this, i wont be working much anymore. perhaps occasionally, do camps with innotrek n all, maybe even do volunteer work. i'd also like to spend a week or two with my friends, travel to another country nearby, like malaysia or indonesia. i'd like to do that with them b4 another chapter of our lives begin. i think it would be really nice n fun. anyone want to go????

anyway, i was able to swap with my colleagues n managed to get 3/7 n 3/6 for relief. so im able to give them e gifts today. well, 3/7 got cards frm me plus those folded straw hearts n 3/6 got origami roses (thanks ping n shen! my lifesavers). in addition, i bought marks n spencer biscuits for them. since they all ate those biscuits, they have to by hook or by crook score an a for n levels for me. hahaha~ as for the bad stuff tt happened, on acct tt im gg to leave soon (i hope), i shall leave them out. bad memories are not worth remembering.

last thurs, we had the first ever public caning in assumption. tt day, during morning assembly, this grp of boys town guys tt were late for assembly decided "smartly" to make fun of the national anthem juz as it was being played. how stupid. naturally, they were rounded up n dealt with. public caning part 1. part 2 have yet to happen.

so public caning part 1 took place after lower sec recess. all the teachers were so excited, i think we sorta became sadists. haha~ but those guys deserved it. stupid fools. so 3 lower sec guys got caned, 2 strokes. but they juz cant be bothered, still can laugh n joke b4 getting vaned, after still walk w that stupid gait of theirs. i think keh shd juz ask mr lam to give the e full blow. use his best force while caning them. yah man, im mean. but seriously those kids deserve it man.

n u know wad? i thought it was totally useless, its so sad. caning lasted 1/2 an hr, which means i only have 1/2 hr left to relief 1/4. n guess wad? those kids there were not the least bothered or affected at all, in fact some guys were daring me to send them for caning. i would love to man, seriously. i'll cane them myself if i could, see who ends up laughing. omg, im turning into a sadist here. hahaha~ but too much lor, so bloody rude. shd send their brains for brainwashing. juz a pity no upper sec caning juz yet. waiting for part 2. but hmm.... only 3 days left there, will i get tt chance? i muz say im really happy n proud of roy for being smart enough to not join those grp of idiots. of my 3 mths there, he's e one who has changed e most, not really matured yet but getting there. at least he knows what he wants n he's smart enough to not get into unnesscary trouble. well, juz hope he will cont to work hard n keep tt spirit up, tt's all. i believe they can all make it in e end if they bother to try.

yes.... 3 days left! yippees! wondering wad to do w them on my last day? hmm... movie maybe? hahas... this ppl very lucky lor. haha.

so todae went for smu open house. came out of e train, bumped into lp, turned out we were in e same train but at diff ends. haha~ so two of us accompany one another while waiting for our franz. she meeting amanda, me waiting for brenda, juz nice all 4 of us know one another. soon amanda arrived, then e two of them very nice wait for brenda w me. then we talk abt how brenda very blur one, then me n amanda tell lp y we call her aunty brenda. haha~ cos she very aunty mah, e way she carry her bag n walk. hehe~ so bad rite!

anw, tt blur girl ah, ask her to meet us at e top of the escalator at entrance of raffles shopping centre, she go all the way inside e shopping centre, e 2nd floor n wait for us. -_-" so end up we were wondering y her 2 mins to arrive take so long one. in e end she called me n she came down to find us. her fran came along, one guy, then we tease her say is her bf, then she keep denying. so we very mean, say now not bf next time also can be. haha~ so we call e guy "soon to be her bf". then i purposely walk in front w lp n amanda so as not to be the "light bulb". lucky i bumped into e two of them siah.

so we went for the smu open house at the fourth floor, raffles convention centre. went for admission talk first, nth much. basically juz addressing admissions n sat issue. then this 4th yr student of theirs, vanessa, came n tell us abt her experience as an smu student. at first, we all were like vanessa?! cos she look like guy mah, then wear those guy suit some more. but yah... is a girl. n she has a wealth of experience. she did internships for her first 3 yrs, working at various companies doing diff aspects, so she learnt many new things. some more, she was one of e shortlisted candidates for e student exchange prog, n she went to e university of virginia in us. then she show us some pics she took there, she went to new york, hollywood n all, some more get to go to harvard u for conference, then took a pic w e statue. then she share w us this story abt e statue, say he had gold shoes on, so if u rub it, u will get gd grades. tt y in pic she was rubbing e shoes very hard. but she so smart le, dun need to rub also can one. haha~ maybe i shd consider gg there yah? hehe~

after tt, went to the kiosks there to see see. me n brenda went to e social sciences one, took brochure then ask qn. ask a lot of qn. e social science one is the smallest faculty, only 70 odd students for last yr. this yr they only taking in 100 students. wah!!! so tough. course quite interesting lah, other than doing on wad u specialise in, u also have to cover like the basics of all the other majors on offer, plus basic math n econs plus even more. so in 4 yrs u have to do 35 modules plus one internship. then is very project based which makes it interesting. but to get in hard lor. have to fight for space, then have to go for interview n write essay. yah.

after tt, nth much le, so we left. brenda n her fran went somewhere, me,lp n amanda went walk walk. went to marks n spencers, bought lotsa biscuits, so heavy seh! hahaaha~ was like 58 bucks spent la, but is for some occassion one. shh.... cannot say. hehe~ so i was lugging it ard. went to lotsa shops to look see but din buy anything. i wanted to get this bag frm flash n splash, but so ex! $55. is big enough to put like books n all, so gd for uni, but ex lah. hmm.... shall see abt it. i also need to get pencil case. my current one too small. haha~ then we walk frm raffles, thru citylink to suntec. along e way lp bought this watch (those like antique one). she's been eyeing on those for so long. if she din buy todae, i would have gotten one for her for her bd. but oh well, too bad.... hehe~ then tt poor girl got stomach ache, not feeling well. i think she got wind in her tummy. so walk to suntec there, then she dun feel like walking le, so we headed back.

at raffles there, she cannot walk le, so we sat at starbucks there first. me n amanda had iced mocha, while we make her drink hot water so as to get rid of the air. then very funny lor, at first ask for warm water cos scared too hot, then come out the water not warm enough. so i drank some, then we took the cup back n ask them to add hot water to it. then they add le, like no diff. then amanda go n drink like half e cup, drink until she choke, so i say nvr mind. in e end we ask for one cup of hot water, then amanda say want very very hot one, then e person took a new cup for us, we saw the steam then very happy, cos is hot enough. i think tt guy muz be thinking we two crazy girls lor, keep asking for hot water, then stand there drink n laugh some more. so we took e two cups back to lp, then ask lp to drink e hot one. then she complain is too hot, so i took tt cup of hot water n the other half-full one, then i pour some hot water into it, then juz nice for her to drink. but she din finish e water, naughty girl! so end up she felt like vomiting, lucky i have plastic bag w me, so i give her, then she hold it juz in case she cannot take it. then we accompany her to e taxi stand there n see her off. then me n amanda took mrt back.

n tt's all for todae. sianz, tmr go back to work. have to wake up at 6 am again. this few days been sleeping at like 1 to 2 am, then waking up at 10, dunno if can switch back or not. have to lah. heh~ took many pics w my new phone, next time then upload. chaoz everyone!




went for aes uniform grp campfire todae w jun hong, lay ping n steven. haha~ like everytime its the four of us one. met them at lot 1, went to e food court for dinner. tt guy arh, he already late, then he left house late, then he realised he forgot to take sth, then he ran back to his house again n ran back. end up when he reach he was perspiring like mad. n know wad he forgot to bring? lp's bd prezzie.... haha~ we got her one teddy bear n one pooh bear! n lp kept laughing at him lor, cos they stay so near to each other, he can juz anytime drop by n give her mah. they funny lah.

so we went for campfire. missed e bus 67, so we took cab down, reached there early, so chit chat first lor. saw zi qi, went to talk to her, then she super black face, then she tell us not to stand near her cos she gonna shout at the students le. wah~ throughout the camp she had to play the bad guy lor. really pity her.

soon, campfire started. sigh, the ug cannot make it lor, so sad. trainers more enthu than them. we joined the trainers, who r also seniors n our juniors frm aes, then we all enthu ourselves. hahaha~ so yah, in tt sense, it was a fun campfire for us cos we high mah. mad ppl, then my student there some more, muz be thinking mad teacher. but i dun care. hehe! campfire is to have fun one ma, not sit there n stare. so yah. end up mi n lay ping two crazy crazy ones down there, jh n steven dunno hide where cos they wear bright colours, then dun wan to stand out. lucky me n lp wear dark dark one so we blend in. haha! quite a short campfire, vanessa n edwin emcees. e two of them forever tog one. haha~ how nice. get e husband n wife to do tog. :D campfire ended at 9 plus, then we busy take fotos. take until steven cannot tahan, cos he gotta rush home.

i forgot to mention ytd my thanks to my trainers. haha~ oops.... muz be really tired le, been editing n typing my entry until 12 midnight. anw, trainers at my camp were : wayne(my buddy), may, yue rui, izean(pretty........ugly:P), farhan, qianyi, edward, raqib, nas, liza logan, faizal, salizawati, mimi, rozita, nisa, halima, jing wen(belayer) n nadiah(belayer)[how to spell her name ah?]. really a BIG thank you to all of them for their help n guidance. thanks to mimi for giving me a chance to take part in this camp, to rozita for giving me guidance, to wayne for being so helpful n nice n making me feel more open n comfortable w my grp, to halima for correcting my mistakes n giving me useful suggestions, to may for all those things she taught me which i didnt know abt, to yue rui for showing me e ropes of zip line(esp since i was super blur n had no prior briefing) n all e others for their franship n help n for making this camp so enjoyable tt i wanna come back for more. not to forget the belayers for helping me w belaying yah.... n being so nice. they took away my nervousness b4 e activity. it's been a great experience n a real honour to know u all n i hope i'll be able to work with all of u again. :)

one thing i forgot to mention also, my dat dear edward until now seriously thought tt i was talking to my brother on the phone(tt time when i was talking to zy on my hp). edward actually came n ask me, "how come ur brother knows so many ppl at inno? does he know me???" n halima go n bluff him say," of course he knows, he works here!" then poor edward belief us some more. hahaha~ then halima ask me wan to tell him the truth or not, then i say dun wan, let him go n figure out himself. hahaha~ im so mean... :P our camp have the most gong person(edward) n e most cock person (faizal). y is faizal cock? cos tt guy tt time debrief, wan to sneeze also dunno how to sneeze, he go "ahhh...ahhh.....*coough cough cough*"... liaoz sneeze also can choke. all of us laugh at him, he also kena shoot by liza. haha~ call him the most cock person she had ever seen. hehehe~

juz came back frm camp ytd, with a busted knee... sigh....

day1:
woke up still feeling sick, but better from the day b4. at least im not sneezing tt much anymore. reached dfac at 7.30, wah so early, was e first to reach, waited outside. then may n yue rui came n we were allowed in. so we waited there. then edward n all slowly came, w nisa late. we had our briefing then went to check-in. first time seeing the dorms, first camp i've been to where we can slp on beds one. haha~ for me, cos later feli they all break camp so more beds free, so i managed to get the more comfy mattress one... haha~ beside hahahaha-halima. hehe~ n faizal. then below me is edward. then went to get ready n in came the kids at 9.30. first time camp for me, so i was quite nervous. scared i'll cock-up n all.

met my grp kids, my buddy is wayne. 17 in my grp, e class has 34 ppl. at first, they were quite quiet, like not very enthu, then i started bullying the guys. n tt wayne, bully one of e guys ask him want my no. or not, then e guy say of course lah, then wayne say u want ah, muz ask her bf first. then he pretend look ard, then tell e guy my bf not ard, so can give. then he say, by e way, her bf is chi yee... -_-" wad seh.... but at e end of e camp, the kids say im attached to wayne. -_-"""" aye, im not les k.... hahaha~ then wayne also kena shoot by me, i told my kids not to call him wayne, say his gay. then he is not brother, he is sister. haha. then wayne heard me tell them say wayne is not a he. wayne is a she. then he chase me ard w his water bottle. so w our kids more or less cracked up, we started e day w ice-breaking.

did objective setting tog, first time doing w kids, then wayne ask me to brief, i also forget wat to brief le, so i juz tell them to brainstorm n write down wad they want from the camp. then wayne ask them to write down their grp name as well. after some discussion, my grp called themselves bush(for george w bush) n wayne's grp called themselves will smith. after tt, played ice-breaking. i played w my grp the name game n big fish small fish. n then we had to go for lunch.

after lunch, we had general stations, ie the wall n nitro crossing. they were alright, can see tt they do think through the various methods they throw out. but still girls keep to girls n guys keep to guys. esp for nitro crossing. for rock wall, it was slightly better, cos the guys had to help the girls up so they do interact w each other more. n they were supportive of those who felt they were too heavy to be lifted up, always give them encouragement. tt's one thing im proud of for my grp. after tt, water parade n toilet break.

then had crc, ie high elements. as three lanes are opened, i had to do belaying as well. kena the hardest one. as it is, my first time belaying after dunno how many donkey yrs, but im glad i havent lost the skill. although my speed wasnt tt fast, but at least i managed to get it rite. then i always ask my kids to wait at the platform there while i make sure tt the rope is tight liaoz, then he can cross. im really happy for one of my kids, alvin. he climbed up, then he didnt dare to cross, took one step then cannot, then he sat on the platform there begging me to let him down. but i didnt, ask him to try n tell him tt if he falls, we'll be here to catch him (in a way la). then e class started encouraging him, n in e end, not only did he took up the challenge, he made it across successfully as well! so happy for him! n he overcame his fear of heights. so when it came to zipline, he did it w relish. then i super sian, cos do belaying until i nearly fainted, e efi had to take over me. luckily, i knew the signs so i quickly get my kid to pass me water n successfully belayed one kid down b4 handing over to e efi. really scary, my whole vision blacked out while waiting for the efi to take over, lucky i made e kids to stop wad they r doing first.

then it was team-building 2, played loop a loop n turn over a new leaf. wah, they all play the games b4 one, know the tricks to it le. esp turn over a new leaf, ruo han knew e method, n the rest of the grp listened to him n use his method. so they finish quite fast. n they achieved e 3 Cs- cooperation,communication n coordination. cos they would help each other out, listen to each other esp when one is talking n coordinate their movements so tt they would be able to finish the game. end up, after de-brief, while waiting for wayne's grp to complete, i taught them a new cheer, e hot cheer. it became e grp's n e class cheer. tt alvin hor, hand n leg cannot coordinate one lei, so later during de-brief he kena suan by me when i touched on coordination. hahaha~

after tt, had camp prep, our class vey sporting n on, according to wayne it's the best class he's ever taken. they use their own initiative n are very enthu abt it. they needed little guidance n prompting frm us. ideas juz kept flying n in e end they did spongebob theme song,teletubbies,chicken dance,reflections of camp(using the taglines of various brands,eg this camp is like NOKIA- connecting ppl),barney song n e hot cheer. i must say im so impressed when they came up w the reflections one. real original. feel really honoured to get such a gd grp n class for my first camp, i must be really lucky. in fact, i owe it to them tt it went by so smoothly. if it was others, my first camp might not have gone so smoothly. as such, its been really memorable for me.

n then it was dinner. after tt, took them for night hike, i did starting pt w farhan. my job is to get them into grps of five n send them to farhan for briefing. then those really frightened one were scared further by me, cos i tell them cannot touch e barrier cos will make a lot of noise, n they wouldnt want to wake those unwelcomed spririts up. hahaha~ so they were so obedient to me. hahaha~ then on the way back, i saw this person in white cross over n take this very small path, then my kids say is a ghost then they started running, n i scare them again by saying tt if they make more noise, even more ghosts will come. then they stop n quietly walk back. ha~ im so mean.

then it was song session, it was alright, not too bad. at least they were more responsive than e first wave. i learnt some of inno's songs n cheers too. learn tog w the kids, then pretend pretend i know like tt. hahaha~ then it was supper/debrief n then shower. chase them all to shower, they complain not enough time but wad to do. after tt, lights out at 12. then trainers had our own debrief n shower n sleep...

day 2:
woke up at 6, tt raqib left e radio on until now, make me cannot slp e whole night. kena constipation. sianz.... its a long day today. we had area cleaning after breakfast, our class had to clean dorms 1,2 n 3. clean until nice nice le, then we gathered n got ready for rock wall. tt wayne ah, lazy to do belaying, make me do. lucky this time i didnt faint. n my grp won e mini competition! hehehe~ so happy for them. make wayne throw face hahaha~ i nearly flew up at one pt of time, e ankle man sleeping, end up wayne had to grab the rope n pull me down. scare me sia, suddenly kena lifted up e grd. e ankleman kena lectured by me as a result.

then it was zipline. wah sian, i dunno how to do zipline, then i super blur n very nervous la, n tt efi didnt come down to brief lor. lucky my grp was early, so i managed to see how yue rui do it, n lucky she brief me abit. n also lucky for me my students were very well-behaved, they cooperated w me n listened to me. except once, where one of them shook the trolley while i was on top, e rest was pretty alright. so it went quite smoothly. i must say, not bad for a first-timer. e only prob is cos i was so nervous so i make sure safety is very gd, tt's y not tt efficient. din manage to clear all my kids, left 4 of them couldnt do. then the teachers wanted to do but no time le, den they started to grumble. who ask them to go n wear the harness first. i din ask them to wear mah. i had to go over n ask them(politely) to give the helmet to my kids so tt they can do the zipline first. end up i had to end 10 mins earlier cos my grp gotta do serving for lunch.

then lunch lor, my grp do serving, all want to do serving, hahaha~ then e guys do e washing pts, must really thank them for being so helpful n nice. after lunch, it was dragon-boating time!!! e highlight of e camp. so off we went to kallang basin!

at kallang basin, wayne briefef e sch, then put on life jackets n all n off we went! my grp last to go off cos we were e first to reach the place, like so unfair rite? but they were quite gd, listen to my commands n all, can tell tt they were really eager to do it. so we dragon-boat for abt an hr, did the buoyancy test, so funny, they all so excited, then squealed when enter e water cos it was cold. after buoyancy test, they quickly got into the boat and dragon-boat again. then we had a race, for e 2nd wave my grp came in third or fourth, not bad. haha~ then do cheers n all! so fun. n i nearly fell into the water when climbing down frm the platform hahaha~ but didnt. yue rui so poor thing, she fell into the water cos she standing at the platform, then the boat hit the wall, then she cannot balance so fall in. come out all wet. poor girl... hahaha~ :P but i felt the db was too short. so sad... hahaha~

then reached back early, so shower time for the kids. then it was dinner n then..... campfire!!! i did boogie dance w may n yue rui, but end up all tainers do tog. the campfire quite fun, diff frm jj night one. once again, our class proved us proud. they were so enthu n high, they kept dancing n cheering, even helping us to ra-ra the kids. thanks to them, we had a great campfire. really appreciate them man. n guess wad, they all thought i've been doing camps for some time when this is my first camp. hmm... not bad not bad. hahaha~ all too soon, campfire ended n it was shower n supper/debrief time. as it was after 10, we had to be real quiet but my kids still high, so i made sure they cheered softly. then taught them a new cheer mi n ruo han came up w, its called the "shhhh" cheer, a variation of the hot cheer. haha~ so funny. then we started coming up w our variations of the cheers n songs. then it was lights out for them. i injured my knee again during campfire... :( stupid old injury keeps coming back. then nisa kept scolding me for being a klutz n zhiyu kept laughing at me. so mean :(

after debrief, went back to bunk to prepare for bath, then called zhiyu cos tt idiot kept calling me during debrief. then while chatting, this funny thing hapened. edward asked,"are u talking to ur bf?" then im like,"zy my bf? since when?" then i tease him say, "no im talking to my brother." then halima said,"she's talking to her ex-bf." then edward the big gong gong exclaimed," u mean u boyfriend ur brother or brother ur boyfriend?!" n me n halima started laughing like hell n poor edward was left to wonder wat's so funny. hahaha~ even zy understood. poor edward. who i see i tell. raqib got the joke, so did may n yue rui. only wayne didnt. then i tell halima its not surprising, cos both edward n wayne r gays.haahaha~ poor wayne n edward. hahaha! cos they r gays tt's y its perfectly alright to boyfriend their brothers. hehe! then after bath, wrote comments in my students booklets, thanking them for being so enthu n stuff. really owe it to them. nisa was telling me im so lucky my first camp have such enthu kids. me too. then write until 3 am then slp.

day3:
woke up at 7, had morning pt. their exercise so cute, still have song one. then it was breakfast n then area-cleaning. my grp still getting hangover frm the campfire. so during area-cleaning, they kept singing n cheering, so funny. some of them even dancing w the broom. hha! they wont stop cheering lor. n they like e hey ppl cheer alot, kept doing tt cheer all e way till they go off. diaoz. haha! then final debrief tt time, i play e emotional web game w them(w/o e raffia). no one cried la, but some of the things they say very nice, then they all keep saying they got nth to say to one another cos they wanna thank me. haha~ so sweet... nearly make me cry... sigh. then it was prize presentation, they also cheer even though they din win, but they were quite sad lah. e other half of the class won. but i told them im already very proud cos of how they have changed throughout the camp. can see they becoming closer w one another. then after tt, time to say bye to them. then they go home n we break camp.

tt's all. my knee still injured. doc gave me three diff medicine to eat. wah!!! haha~ my dad bought a new phone for me today. samsung E630-C. so cute! haha~ been playing w it since. hehe~ kawaii!!! alrightz, tt all fer now. chaoz!




went for my first camp briefing ytd. was supposed to be at 11.30, but i went at 10.30 cos i gotta rush for the nus open house talks. went with may n yue rui, three of us were briefed first, n mimi quickly explained to me anything tt i didnt know abt. thiink my first camp i'll also be quite blur... hahaha~

after tt, went to clementi w may n yue rui. they also gg for e fass talk, since they managed to push back their working time to 4 pm. so we reached e interchange, so many ppl waiting for the bus, they decided to take a cab down. went to mac to makan first, n so they accompanied me while i waited for wenhui n nadiah. used my ez link card to redeem pts, treated may to 6 pc nuggets, myself to fish mcdippers n later when wenhui came, filet-o-fish. as for yue rui, cos she wanted e meal, i cant use my card to redeem pts for her. they only offer e mains w/o the fries n drinks.

so they finish makan le, i ask them to go off first. me n wenhui went to look for atm while waiting for nadiah. tt girl ah.... forever late one. she arrived at 12.50, then we quickly went to flag a cab. reached there ard 1.10, juz nice we walk to the hall tt time they juz started. *phew*. tt's e last fass talk for the day, the most impt one. end up cos nisa n farhan thought later have another one, then they went i e 11.30 briefing, i had to help them take brochures n all n pass it to them on monday during camp.

after tt, went for the office of admissions talk, tt guy speak until very funny, end up we all laughing at his english. ah... so mean rite? hehehe~ i bumped into anne n anusha there, also saw simon, daniel n all, as anne was alone, she joined me for the exhibition.

collected so many brochures, i must look like an idea, at one go taking three or four brochures, at one pt i had to take for wenhui n nadiah as well, so i ended up taking 5 at one go. haha. saw so many aes franz n jj peeps there. then after a while, anne left while we wandered ard for a bit b4 leaving the exhibition. on the way out, bumped into theo, bing yao n wei jie. wat's up w theo's fisherman hat ah? someone pls tell him he does not look the least cool in tt. hahaha~

then went for the ccs n halls exhibition. talked to this girl staying at raffles hall, found out tt hall costs a 100 bucks more than e other halls cos they offered one more meal than e others. but hall life seems really interesting, i hope i can stay for at least the first 2 yrs of my uni life.

after tt, nth much le, we left nus for jp. had a super early early dinner, at 4.30, cos we were all hungry le. din really had lunch or breakfast, more like 6pc fish mcdippers for brunch. haha~ so we had pasta for dinner, yummies! makan finish, still wondering whether want to watch movie cos jp didnt show in good company. sad. jp always nvr screen those nice shows one.... so went shopping while thinking whether to watch movie or not,then nadiah had to go to her friend's house. end up me n wenhui decided to watch howl's moving castle. wenhui really really wanted to watch tt show so i watched with her. anw i long time also nvr watch anime le.... hahaha~

while waiting for the time to enter e cinema, we went shopping, bought a pink skirt n another esprite top(me mum ask mi to buy one). then walked ard a lil more b4 gg up for the movie.

quite a nice show, really funny. the show makes me miss my animes... hahaha~ basically it's abt this girl called sofie who was cursed by the witch of the wastes to become an old woman. then she left her city to look for a counter-curse, n in the quest she came across howl's moving castle. w the help of a scare-crow(called turnip-head by her), she entered the castle. tt's where she met howl, this lil boy, n a fire(calcifer). yah, n her journey begins. as expected, she regained her youth at the end(except her hair became silver instead of brown) n lived happily ever after with howl n the rest. but well, its still nice n funny. think i'll be getting the vcd when it comes out :).

after tt, bought nad's bd pres n went home le. so tired.

its the last day of work before the sch holidays!!! hhaha~ a welcome break, one whole week to myself!!! hehehe~ so bad rite? ha... my students also say the same thing.

today is sharon, dora's n yuanjie's last day of work. meaning, im the only one left... :( haa~ went to orchard ytd with sharon n dora, they went to buy some presents for the staff. saw olinda cho there as well, she walked past us!!! argh!!!! didnt get to ask for her autograph though, she looks so cool! haha~ oh well, if i do get to see her again, i'll ask for it. anw, i'll be happy if i get to listen to her music. walked for a long time b4 having dinner at 9... yah so late rite? haha~ ate at the sakura house at far east, i had mee goreng, n sharon had beef fried rice. wrong choice of food cos i ended up w stomach ache after tt.by the time i reached home, it was 11 already. sian, so late le, im so tired. haha~ n my shoes were killing my feet, it was cutting me, such that until now my feet is red. haiz... oh well, perfect reason to get a new pair of shoes! :)

ytd, pek see n zi wei also had this mini concert in the sch lib singing chinese songs. quite nice, lots of students turned up, mainly girls though. haha~ they were singing along as well, such tt pek see n zi wei dont even need to sing haha~

took mc todae, called the office at 7 with this sleepy voice and they immediately gave me mc. haha~ felt a lil bad tt i have to throw my students there but what to do? need to go for this training. anw, it also means i get to meet new ppl of MY AGE!!! haha~ so long nvr meet ppl my age le, always either older or younger than me one....

so i reached je interchange at 8.30, met zhiyu n went up to the platform there to meet feli n all. dont reallie know the other ppl there, only know e jj ones. but some i saw b4 at our training session, like ad(or is it utt? ah.....)took train down to kallang, then met even more trainers there. after most of us have arrived, we walked to the singapore dragon boat association for our db training today.

think the time we started was 10.10 le... then we had breifing, n a lil talk on db history, n then we had warm-up exercise b4 it was time for our training! put on life-vests, took an oar each n we climbed into out boats. mine was the bigger one, think ard 15 ppl, mainly jj one... haha~ so we pushed the boat back n off we went!

first, the commands. 1st command of the day: Paddles up! (to which we replied: UP!)
2nd command: Ready to give way? (READY!)
3rd command: Give me 20 long pulls/ short pulls(1,2,3.....)
4th command: Hold water(stop paddling, hold paddle 45 degrees to the boat n stop boat)
5th command: Easy(stop paddling, relax)
6th command: something paddle (basically u stop paddling n place the oar in the centre of the boat)

n then there's the warm-ups. to the front, the back the sides....

n then the buoyancy test, to see if our life-vests are in good working condition. i like this part, so fun! floating on water... hehehe~

n then it paddle time! hard paddling, we even had a lil competition with e other boat. n of course all tt yelling n cheering. came out soaking wet. n during the paddling, my cap flew off, lucky only landed in the seat behind, so managed to save my cap! haha~ didnt dare put it on after tt.

total time taken: ard 2 hrs

after which, short debrief, then short breifing for my first camp! 14-16... another newbie(n oldbie, depends on how u see it),may,is doing the camp as well! hehe~ a new fran.... hahaha~

and then, went to shower while e rest had other camp briefings. after waiting a while, mi n may decided to walk to indoor stadium to shower. so nice... haha~ along the way chatted abt a's n all, n may n her fran(i forgot his name), tot mi n zy r tog...-_-"...liaoz, n all bcos i talked to him for like less than one min? they very funny hor.... then miq how? my husband liao ah? hahaha~ the shower there so nice! so refreshing... hehe~ thanks to may for the bath foam n shampoo... hehehe~ took our time in there since we have to wait for the rest. finished, came out, headed back to e sdba only to see them walking out on e way to indoor stadium to bathe. -_-". so we walked back there w them, then may left to meet her fran in town n i waited for the rest of them to finish bathing.

after tt, headed to suntec w ad(or utt), zy, miq, jing yuan n two other gals. reached there, ad n the other two gals left while we met wayne at kfc. he finish makan liao, so mi,zy,jy n miq bought the family meal n share. haha~ finish makan, went walk to mrt station, board train, go home.

reached home, ard 4plus,5 le. now very tired n feeling woozy. hand pain. wonder how am i gonna teach tmr. hahaha~ tt's all fer now! chaoz!

a level results out ytd... did below expectations, a for hist, c for lit n d for econs. b3 for gp. yah. not really happy w my lit grade,but there's nth i can do abt it. contemplating wad e future would be like. can only try n apply for unis, as many as i can, n hope tt they will accept me. as to whether i can do the course i want, it remains to be seen.

i wonder if i have to fight for places with lots of science ppl this yr. while the arts grp will have to stick to the arts, the science grp can choose to go to the science or the arts. fair? not to us. the arts fac is already a small fac offering a limited no. of degrees for us to choose from, n the places available r even more limited. honestly, we dont really need external competition, the int one is able to kill some of us. well, let's hope tt my cohort of science peeps r pretty much a science n maths grp.... thought it seems highly unlikely.

gg for the canadian fair today. have to consider my options. if i cant get into a local uni, the overseas ones r all i have left.




well my last day at work became e first day of a new extension, again. wad happened was early in the morning, it was still confirmed tt it was my last day at work, n i was supposed to hand over everything to her at 11am. at 9 plus, as i was pulling my hair over the remaining admin matters, a call came to tell me tt she couldnt make it, want to extend mc. so i came in again today.

in deep shit. e principal had to come in n get my class to settle down cos they refused to. n i was inside. e hods n all got to know abt it, n they kept asking mi abt it. in serious trouble. i dont think e new p likes me. i think he thinks im a failure. if i have to work there any longer i think he will flip.

todae was bball west zone finals match. went for it w my class, 3/6. since their form teacher was absent, e bus ride there was so noisy, n some how i suddenly became my students' "model", this girl's "sister" cum "darling" n this guy's "stead". yah well, e two of them were arguing over me. *rolls eyes*. a bunch of jokers.

e bball match was alright, pity abt aes defence. e teachers were crazier than e students. i think we were so much more enthu, we were the ones yelling n shouting n cheering n stamping n jumping up n down n all. think most of us tmr got no voice liaoz haha~ against nanyang girls high, dunno wad to say lah. dun think have much of a competition also, they're such a gd team. tight controlled playing, ours was kinda scattered. but wad i dun like is e nygh team kept secretly injuring our players, esp one of e better players. my student, in the game, got elbowed in e eye, pushed on e floor, tripped, lied on(while vying for e ball) by an nygh girl[she did it on purpose], shoved n what nots. n e referee either didnt see or ignored it. i cant believe he didnt see all of it, it was like right in front of him! i think he blatantly ignored it. n moreover, other of our players got hooked by nygh player, pushed n all.... im proud to say tt my players nvr flared up once, they kept their cool n played e game. i dun like e player 12 of nygh. so gd n so hiao, some more keep injuring my players... idiot. anw, we lost. 57-45. ok lor.... cheered for every point we scored, cheered for our team to defend, basically cheered throughout the whole game. kinda makes me miss those council days in jj when we cheered for all e competitions we went to.

after tt, went to orchard w sharon, had a manicure at ps, not bad. like e colour, its purplish.... bought white in colour nail polish, did my own toes! hehe~

2 days to release a level results, ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hope i did good....
dun feel like working as relief anymore, wanna change jobs. in a dilemma now.... *sigh*
