kbox session with my kendokas was oodles of fun today! like mw aptly commented, when we go kbox, it is to de-stress. haha. sang a few of our must-sing and creating a complete ruckus inside the room. the people outside must be wondering what the hell was going on. let's hope they won't ban us from visiting kbox.

while waiting for siew to arrive, we warmed-up our throats (and gradually moved from sane to insane) with a few songs, mostly chinese ones. siwei was on a cantonese song singing spree. me and sarah stuck to the good old english songs as usual, except for the few times we dared to venture into chinese territory. wh was being his same old sporty self, who was even funnier today.

the fun started the moment ys stepped into the room, 2 and a half hours late. we were already going crazy, with me and sawah trying to be whiny like m2m, singing like men and erm i can't remember what else. anyway, poor ys walked-in on me and sw head-banging and "singing" (shouting, perhaps) to f.i.r's song. we promptly yelled her name into the microphones, causing siew to want to run to the toilet. mw caught hold of her though, and so siew was dragged into the room.

mayhem ensued with ymca! siew was horrified when we all started dancing on cue, and she tried to melt into the chair. too bad for her, she was forced to "dance" the last chorus of ymca with us. haha. and then she had to sit through a shouting session when it's my life came on. hey, we "sang" without mikes ok, and it is a rock song, so.... hehe. the song is now known as our anthem. haha. and the gek (sp) (dunno what it is in english) version of aerosmith's i don't wanna miss a thing. haha. that was fun! other stuff she had to endure was 4 girls vs one wh in phantom of the opera and imitations of bee gees singing various songs. oh yah, and wh's dancing, which was rather entertaining. the session ended off with camera a-flashing and hoarse voices.

ah well mimi and werewolf, too bad you guys weren't around to join-in the fun! haha. miss werewolf's voice for huo yuan jia. we found a good substitute for one night in beijing though! sw made a mean imitation of that chinese slang thingy. haha.

oh wells, 2 years later, we will have a full kendoka 2005 kbox gathering! in the meantime, it'll be just us singing on behalf of werewolf. hehe.
